Lynda, you were right-on about our property and I am sorry that I did not listen to you in the beginning. You said our farm should list for about $165,000 and another realtor said $180,000. I listed with the other realtor and months later am still waiting for a sale. We had one offer for $160,000 and are have missed the best selling season. If our lesson can help someone else in the future, please feel free to share this note with them. We could have been out of here months ago, if I had listened to your advice.
